Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products (thermos flasks, ceramic mugs) in their original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@KramerCam.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for return in the email.
  2. Pack the item securely with the original packaging, and clearly mark the RA number on the outer box.
  3. Ship the return to our address: 2332 BELLAMY ST, MODESTO, CA 95354, US. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

3. Refund & Exchange Rules

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability; if the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

4. Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original parts/packaging.
  • Shipping costs for initial delivery are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defect).
